A collective 99 years of marketing experience. Eugene Peter as the third generation of the Peter family, with 38 years experience, heads the Company, drawing on the knowledge handed down from one generation to the next. His grandfather handed the reins to his father, Freddie in 1925 who then devoted some 61 years to the business establishing the firm's motto which still exists today: "Service with Security"

Eugene Peter took over the running of the Agency in 1975 and has schooled both the sales and administrative staff in the 'By Service we Grow' attitude.

Handling

The company engages the specialised services of the Market Off-loading Service, which is controlled by Alex Harris, and an independent organisation handling the stacking and packing of all product received. This leaves the sales personnel entirely unencumbered during sales, ensuring that the focus is on product and the sale thereof.

Processing

We are linked to the Municipal Market by a rapidly expanding Freshmark Computer System which enables the swift processing of sales, documentation and payments. Statistics, be it daily or for a period of time, are at our fingertips, with facsimiles, reflecting their sales and balances, being generated to our clients each and every day.

Service

We have banked with the Standard Bank of South Africa since the inception of the company and are proud to have been connected to their electronic "BEST" and now "CATS" banking system for the past twelve years, ensuring that proceeds are paid directly into our producers banking accounts, alleviating any delay in the payment of proceeds of sale.

Technology

The firm is Linked via Freshmark Systems to “TECHNOFRESH”, an IT program promoting transparency within the Market industry. The system is supported by Agents wishing to promote honesty and integrity within their business, as the system encourages producers to link themselves to the system giving them direct access to their Agents country wide.
