Catherine Peter

Cathy has actively worked in the firm for the past 26 years and, besides the day to day running of the Agency, is well versed in the handling and selling of soft fruit and a wide range of vegetables. Her forté however is economics and finance; she therefore heads that department, controlling the firm's Trust, Business and Transport Accounts.

Shannon Elliot

Shannon has been in our employ since she left school in 1996 where she started capturing sales on the sales floor. Her sunny disposition, hard work and computer capabilities have taken her through the ranks to Assistant Office Administrator and, together with Cathy, she runs the Administration Department.
